Rain or moisture on the sensor will cause the SPDT 12 Vdc relay to switch. This switching action can be used to turn on a light, buzzer, pump or other device. Sensitivity adjustment potentiometer. Screw-clamp terminals for output. Led indicators for power (red) and relay actuation (green).
