Shipping Options

You do have the options of multiple shipping types for delivery within the United States and we do not ship to foreign destinations outside of the United States. Requests for in stock items will be processed within 3(three) working days.  and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature.  If you prefer delivery by USPS expedited service with required signature, please choose the expedited service option. Shipping fees may include any handling fees as well as postage costs.  Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees may vary accordingly to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order.  We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, thus shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Please see our Shipping Information page for more details

Returns and Exchanges
We strive to exceed your expectations with every product you receive. Any items that are customized or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defected. Other items listed here that do not meet the afore mentioned criteria, may receive a store/website credit or another exchange may be sought. If it is determined that a credit or exchange be given, it must be requested within 7(seven) days, and a proper return authorization must be obtained. Credits an exchange will only be issued after we have received the item(s) in question and verified their conditions. All returned items must include original packing materials and the article must be in an unused condition. All returned merchandise must be insured with your shipper.
